Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Products are dispatched via reliable courier partners and typically delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Important: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Costs & Methods
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. We partner with trusted courier services for delivery. Note:
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
A signature upon delivery may be required.
If you refuse delivery or provide incorrect shipping details, any additional costs, including return shipping fees, will be your responsibility.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While Earth Nectar takes every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will assist with filing claims with the courier company. For damages, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
International Shipping
Currently, Earth Nectar delivers only within South Africa per national regulations surrounding cannabis products.
