Damage Claims & Discrepancies
Earth Nectar takes pride in the quality and safe packaging of its products. If your order arrives damaged or there are discrepancies, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@earthnectar.co.za. Include your order number and photographic evidence of the issue to expedite resolution.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
Returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided for verification.
- Returns for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, are not permitted for cannabis-related products due to legal and safety regulations.

- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise determined.
